Recently I purchased five hanging stars from the Remember Me collection. Jeff and his staff exceeded my expectations. First they were very helpful and compassionate about what I was trying to achieve, they provided feedback as I selected colors and explained the process they would use to create the blown glass items with my husband’s ashes. They understood that this was difficult, but their compassion and patience made it easier for me. Then they had the order ready ahead of time and I was able to give them to family members during the holidays. The hanging stars looked just like the samples they showed me.
